S2 initiated its activities in 1991. Since then it has evolved as one of the leading gender and development NGOs in Nepal. It works mainly with women, men, youth and children through NGOs, women’s groups, government institutions and interested individuals. It has a working base in 74 out of 75 districts in Nepal and successfully maintains networks and partnerships with 278(GO/ NGOs, /CBOs/ Cooperatives, and Academic) partners spread throughout the country and beyond.
